Your data
You retain ownership of all your store data. By connecting your store you grant Safwa read-only access to calculate profit analytics.
Accuracy
Safwa provides estimates and confirmed data points. We clearly label which figures are estimated versus confirmed. Safwa should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting advice.
Payment
Safwa has a free tier that requires no payment method and no subscription. Paid plans are billed through Shopify, either monthly or as a single yearly charge, and you approve the exact amount on Shopify's confirmation screen before anything is charged. Paid plans include a 15-day free trial for stores that have not used one before; you can cancel at any time, including during the trial.
API usage and data handling
Read-only access commitment
You grant Safwa read-only access to your connected platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Leopards, PostEx) for the sole purpose of calculating accurate profit analytics. Safwa commits to:
- Never modify, create, delete, or pause any campaigns, ads, orders, or products in your connected accounts.
- Access data only when you request a manual sync or during scheduled automatic syncs.
- Store all data encrypted with Row-Level Security enforced per store.
- Never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Use your data only for the profit analytics calculations shown in your dashboard.
- Delete all your data within 30 days of account termination.
Revocation and disconnection
You can revoke access to any connected platform at any time without penalty by disconnecting it from Ad Spend → Configuration in Safwa. We will stop accessing that platform's data within 24 hours of revocation.
Attribution and ROAS accuracy
ROAS and profitability calculations are based on matched Shopify orders against ad spend data. Due to attribution windows and order matching variance, figures may differ from platform-reported metrics. Safwa should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting advice.
