Deleting your Facebook data

When you remove Safwa from your Facebook account, we delete the advertising data we received from Facebook on your behalf — your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, their daily spend and results, and the access tokens themselves. Your own store's orders and costs belong to you and are not affected.

Requesting deletion yourself

You can remove Safwa at any time from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. That tells us automatically, and we delete the data described above.

You can also disconnect inside Safwa under Ad Spend → Configuration, or email [email protected] and we will action it by hand.
